You understand that three-day diet can only be used for short periods of time because it is quite extreme. However, this means that you can be on this diet for a certain period and at other times just to eat a balanced and healthy.

It is believed that the secret of protein diets lies in taking more protein in every meal. This stimulates the accumulation of muscle mass and fat loss. To achieve better results, you can do cardio workouts more intense, but not too much.

According to the professionals in the field of dietetics, there are external factors that can give a great impact on weight loss.

What thinks the military about the military diet?

Here are tips of the US sea seal Stuart Smith: he says that the best way to get rid of the annoying fat is the balanced diet with moderate exercising. He recommended to eat regularly and do not skip meals and between meals to include fruits and vegetables. According to the most recommended products by him are turkey and chicken without fats (because of a large amount of protein in them) low-fat dairy products, oatmeal, and whole grains.

Eat what you like, but do not exceed more than 1500 calories per day. Over 80% of the people on a diet underestimate the number of calories they eat.

And yes, the military diet does not tolerate whims, but it is certainly extremely effective. If you are looking for a quick and easy way to lose weight, you’ve come to the right place. Of course, like all other diets, it will work only if you stick to it and follow strictly the regime.

However, the most extreme dieting strategies are not friendly and can cause serious health problems if they continue for a longer period. If you starve your body automatically switches to conservation where it begins storing fats instead of melting them. The fact is that you should always consult a nutritionist or a doctor to help you develop an effective plan of strict diet.

Are we going to be hungry and fat forever?

Yes, if you do diets spontaneously without they  being reasonable and have been approved by your doctor or dietitian. It is important the proper functioning  diet is consistent with your personal habits, stress, work (physical and mental), sleep, food intake per day.

If you do your own diet,  first you will need to calculate your calorie index. Then, for a moderate diet, you can limit the calorie intake by 20% per day. Half of this 20 % must be from exercise. This type of diet will reduce your body fats, but will keep your muscles. There won’t be slowing the metabolism and you will continue your normal lifestyle after the diet without gaining weight.
